Setting up workflow-related email notifications

As you process through the Workflow module, you can elect to receive different email notifications informing you of the status of an Offer or Contract. Please simply modify your seller User data and select one or more of the available Email roles.

This is an overview of the email roles and the corresponding emails you will receive once certain events take place:

  • Transactional email role:
    • An Offer is confirmed: “offer was confirmed” notification
    • A Contract is activated: “contract was confirmed” notification
  • Financial email role:
    • A Contract is activated: “invoice needs to be sent” notification
  • Technical email role:
    • A Contract is activated: “delivery needs to be prepared” notification

Each email includes basic details on the Offer/Contract at hand.
